Account Executive

 

Edit are looking for an Account Executive to support the Leeds-based Client Services Team in the delivery of Digital Marketing Campaign activities and to own the strategy, communication and outputs for key Client Accounts.  The Account Executive will liaise directly with clients and work with colleagues to ensure commitments to customers are delivered, campaigns are executed and communications of priorities and strategies are consistent and timely.

Client facing responsibilities:

  • Understand and be able to articulate key clients' business, brand, objectives and customers
  • Ensure Edit campaigns and activities are aligned with client priorities, brand and budgets
  • Organise and contribute to meetings and calls with clients
  • Provide contact reports and action summaries after client communications
  • Keep clients updated on activities, project milestones, strategies and deliverables
  • Represent Edit in line with our values

Internal responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective communication of client feedback, internal activities and priorities
  • Submit outputs, activity updates and reports to clients in line with service agreements
  • Attend and contribute to internal strategy meetings, project updates and brainstorms
  • Support the Client Services Team by coordinating activities, briefs and client communications
  • Support Client Services team to resolve scheduling and activity conflicts
  • Support knowledge sharing and insights within Client Services Team
  • Translate client requirements into briefs and project work plans

The successful candidate will ideally have prior experience working in the Digital Marketing industry but this is not essential; however they must have an attention to detail and strong communications skills.

They will have excellent interpersonal and client facing skills together with a keen interest in all things digital. They should be willing to learn and work well as part of a team.

The person will be computer literate and be able use MS Office with ease including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics is also desirable but not essential.
