Account Manager


Edit are looking for a talented Account Manager to join our vibrant, fast-paced London office. You’ll be working alongside some of our brightest people and on some of our longest standing client relationships. As an Account Manager in our London team, you’ll be collaborating with big brands on exciting campaigns. You’ll have regular opportunities to meet with clients and to build your professional network by attending industry events and conferences. We provide on-the-job training and provide you with opportunities to further your knowledge by attending conferences and seminars.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues 
• Present to clients and lead on Edit communications
• Nurture a strong understanding of your client's business, their brands and their target audiences
• Lead the delivery of our strategies and campaigns
• Manage the day-to-day running of a range of client accounts 
• Assist with new business preparation, presentations and attending pitches
• Create and maintain key account documents; briefs, WIPs, contact reports and resource requests 
• Maintain and grow a client portfolio by identifying new opportunities.

Essential Requirements:
• Prior experience working in Digital Marketing 
• Attention to detail
• Strong communications skills
• Digital savvy
• A self-starter
• Organised
• An excellent communicator
• A confident presenter
• Able to use data and tools to identify top-level trends and insights
• Excellent interpersonal and client facing skills 
• Keen interest in all things digital
• Willing to learn and work well as part of a team.
• Computer literate and be able use MS Office with ease including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Desirable Requirements:
• Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics is also desirable but not essential.
